Ms. Onuma is a vice president and civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in design and project management.  Her duties include preparation of design proposals, negotiating design fees with clients, monitoring of project schedules and budgets, preparation of construction documents, and providing construction services.  Relevant project experience includes development of roadway and utility master plans for large resort developments; production of reports for traffic and water system source, storage, transmission and distribution; design of roadways, utility infrastructure, mass grading and drainage, fine grading and drainage, and golf course infrastructure; and construction observation.
