Ms. Hiramatsu helps to direct the firm's efforts in the preparation of planning and environmental studies. With over 30 years of local experience, she has extensive knowledge of developments permits and their associated processing. Her experience includes Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements, as well as processing Conservation District Use Applications, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 Clean Water Act Permits, State Department of Health Water Quality Certifications and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permits, County Special Management Area and Shoreline Setback Variances, and other permits as may be required for development projects. She also has experience in physical planning, including development of community-based, sustainable projects. Ms. Hiramatsu previously served as a Manager of the Environmental Engineering and Planning Department at Oceanit.
